Return Policy

Replacing with another product
  • In case you wish to replace your Kubique product with another one, the replace needs to take place within 14 working days from the delivery day. You send the product you wish to replace, with ACS courier and us paying the resend cost, since there is a phone or e-mail information first.
  • In order to make the replace valid, the Kubique packaging has to be on its initial condition and accompanied by the receipt and their labels. In different case the replacement process will not be valid.
  • As soon as we receive the package and after the necessary check we will send the new Kubique product. In case of a cost difference, you pay the respective difference.
  • For the reason that all of our products are handmade and unique, we will personally inform you about the availability of the new Kubique product.

Refund
  • In case of a desirable refund, you have to return the product in 14 working days from the delivery day. You send the product with ACS courier and us paying the resend cost, since there is a phone or e-mail information first.
  • In order to make the refund valid, the Kubique packaging has to be on its initial condition and accompanied by the receipt and their labels. Inside the package, it should be written on a paper, that you wish a refund. Required also, is to include your bank details, such the account number, the IBAN, the bank name and the name of the owner. In different case the replacement process will not be valid.
  • As soon as we receive the package and after the necessary check we will deposit the amount of money within 30 days.
Return due to defect
  • In case there is a fault in the product from the manufacture aspect, you inform us whether via phone or e-mail within 14 working days from the delivery date. Sending the product with ACS courier and us covering the resend cost, we will repair the bag for free.
  • In order to make the repair valid, the Kubique packaging has to be on its initial condition, accompanied by the receipt and their labels. Inside the package, it should be written on a paper the repairing spot. In different case the replacement process will not be valid.
  • As soon as we receive the package and after the necessary check, we will personally inform you about the return date of the product.
 

Very important to know

  • All the above are valid for purchases made from our e-shop, excluding offers and sales. There will be no replace in any Kubique product bought on sale or offer.
  • The product will be on your responsibility till we receive the package. So it is important to arrange the safety of the product during the transport, to avoid any damage thus inability of return.
  • In the unpleasant case of receiving a destroyed package, please inform the courier within 8 hours to take the relevant responsibility. In different case the return can not take place. www.acscourier.net/el/contact-us1
  • The shipment will be only with ACS courier and the charge goes through our company (for orders shipped in Greece).
  • Each "Kubique" is unique. The materials we use in the accessories differ from each other as well as the layout of the patterns, which is why the product you will receive may differ from the one shown.
 

Payment Methods

We support two different payment methods:
  • Paypal
PayPal allows you to make your purchases in just a few clicks, without sharing your financial information by providing you safety and comfort. To make payments through PayPal, you can use your bank account as well as debit and credit cards.
  • Pay on Delivery (Only for orders shipped in Greece)
You pay for your purchase upon delivery of the product, where the courier collects the amount of your order. If you choose this payment method, there is a small charge to your order costs + 2, 50 €
